I am a triple board-certified physician (Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Obesity Medicine), licensed in Florida and Texas, with over 20 years of combined clinical and academic experience. I offer expert witness and consulting services in cases involving elderly care, geriatric conditions, cognitive and functional decline, falls, neglect, and abuse, as well as cases related to obesity management,  chronic disease management, and disability evaluation, among others. 

In addition to my clinical work, I have held academic and leadership positions in medical education, which have strengthened my ability to communicate effectively—not only in precise clinical terms for professional audiences, but also in clear, accessible language when explaining complex medical issues to judges, attorneys, and jurors.

Since 2024, I have served as a medical expert in legal cases addressing standards of care, disability assessments, and complex medical conditions across the lifespan. My services include thorough chart reviews, expert analysis, evidence-based medical reports, independent clinical assessments, and testimony in numerous depositions.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling me to communicate with cultural sensitivity and linguistic precision.
